We offer reefer container technical services, which mainly includes: PTI, cleansing, inspection/maintenance on reefer engines and bodies, on/off hire inspection, reefer used generator’s leasing and maintenance. Meanwhile, we supply all types of engine spare parts, maintenance and alteration for all kinds of engines, reefer container leasing and relevant services, as well as various trainings about reefer techniques.

About one hundred people work for Reefer Center, among whom six are IICL inspectors. With strict skill trainings, our staff is qualified for the professional reefer technical requirements.

Reefer center has a 1500 square meters workshop with one chamber automatically keeping steady temperature for foam. The workshop is equipped with imported facilities for high-pressure foam, moveable electric elevator, electric clamp for foam and adjustable air power, electric welding machines (CO2, Ar), other electric and pneumatic equipment, and various kinds of facilities for Control System monitoring.Reefer center also has ROBINAIR multi-function refrigerant recycle system for all types of refrigerant, R-134a recycle device and 30 reefer generators.

The bonded warehouse of reefer center stocks all types of spare parts produced by the four world-famous reefer companies: CARRIER, MITSUBISHI, DAIKIN , and THERMOKING. With supply relationship established, fittings could be provided whenever in need.

We supply technical services & PTI for more than 10 ship owners. Our volume of reefer repairing & PTI is the largest in China.
